Horizontal speaks the truth. There is plenty of drama internally at just about any interval. Everyone has their views and their ideas and the likes. I think the key reason is that we all have a vested interest in EBANK's success and we have all put a lot of our time and effort into the corporation therefore it's not unrealistic that we are all extremely passionate about the operation.
It really is terrible to lose Shar as he has been with us from the start. With all conflicts that arise in EBANK a resolution generally follows shortly after.
I can say however that there is no reason for customers to be concerned, their funds are not in any form of jeopardy. If this were the case I believe it would have been mentioned by Shar. The biggest concern customers should have is that we are losing an integral member of the team

Not sure you are in a position to speak of someone else's loyalty here Shar after breaking confidentiality that you have. I want to clarify a few things:
1) The 175b being discussed was simply an aside by Shar to help promote his cause. He knew about it from day one and never questioned it. In fact he agreed it to be a healthy idea in an msn conversation to me. Now, Shar's concern when posting here was not for the operation itself, but for the lack of voting in order to give the operation the go ahead.
Shar never questioned this operation to EBANK until the post made here accompanying his resignation. He never made any attempt to have it known internally that he was upset no formal vote was forthcoming. But he always had complete access to the data and always knew exactly what was going on.
He has declined to mention this as he prefers the drama he has caused which was the key reason for adding it to his first post.
Secondly, the actual reason Shar resigned was because I authorised ebank forum roles to our newest coder without first speaking with the board about it. Now, I already had approval from the Head Coder (Mr Horizontal) and Chairman (Hexxx) however the argument put forth by some of the directors was valid (that they should have had a chance to discuss the hiring of the individual before he was hired).
As a result some of our processes have changed regarding hiring. No big deal.
Really, this whole issue is a storm in a teacup. What I have posted here are the issues that occured. All of this "personal loan" nonsense is only there to help fuel Shar's agenda. His backup of the entire EBANK forums to use as a blackmail tool to stop our posting on the subject has made the issue extremely difficult.
Shar isn't bringing any deficiencies to the public's attention. Instead he is looking to destroy EBANK. Thinking along the lines of "If I can't be part of EBANK, I will do as much damage as possible". Most of his posts have been extremely over-exaggerated and in some cases bordering on lies.
Regarding my account status. I have 8 accounts, 3 of which are currently active.
Account #1 - Ricdic, Researching King, Researching Duchess Account #2 - EBANK Ricdic, Ricdic's and Ricdics Hoe Account #3 - Yoko Kringe, MC Alpha, T2 Alpha
The rest of my accounts follow the same alpha/bravo sequencing with a few exceptions being EBANK Raffle and Bouncer Ricdic.
I haven't posted in this thread at all since my 'perceieved' compliment to you Shar on page 2 which only infuriated you more. I have been reading these threads in depth for the past few days.
At the request of Hexxx I have been biting my tongue while some of the public feel it prudent to tear shreds off me based on the accusations of an irate ex-exmployee on a mission. I am sick of being trodden on hence this clarification post now. I don't want to start any more drama but people need to understand that nothing operationally has changed.
The main reason Shar left was because I hired someone without consulting the full board and there was then a scuffle about it in our forums where some things were said on both sides. Was I wrong in hiring this guy without discussions? Yes Sure. But the people who would be working with this person signed off on the hiring, so it was more of an oversight (there were no policies in place regarding this issue prior to the event) and definetly didn't deserve the audience it has today.
The entire situation has been incredibly over-dramatised and a lot of convoluted facts have ensued as a result by the public, basically filling in the blanks themselves.
I don't expect any major outcome to this post. I just hope people stop and consider that there is more than one side to this story and that Shar has always made a point of over-dramatising conflict. As to Shar's employment with EBANK, I would resign before allowing him back into the corporation. Using backup's of our forums as an attempt at blackmail shows the true security risk EBANK is facing

The point is, the issue was all but a non-event that has spiraled into a big drama bomb. There is zero operational change internally and zero additional risks have been implemented into EBANK over the past 6 months. Everything is business as usual.
I have explained my version of events in the above post as I was sick of a one-sided story being spewed forth and over-exaggerated at every turn. Do what you will with that, I am not interested in arguing, just making sure my point was heard.
